I wanted to thank you and tell you that I’m really enjoying my new hot tub. It’s only been a month since I bought my Sunrise Zodiac, but I have been luxuriating in it almost every day.

As you might know, I spent a lot of time investigating which hot tub would match my preferences and represented the best value. I looked at the offerings from many other competitors, but the one at Diplomat stood out as the best value by far.

I find all the staff at Diplomat to be helpful and knowledgeable, especially regarding my after sale questions about the procedures to get the right balance of chemicals.

Diplomat Pools:
As we walk into our yard, we still can’t believe the transformation! It’s like walking into a magazine picture.

The pool is stunning with its white liner which in turn makes the water a beautiful blue like the sky. The sandy-toned rocks that form the waterfall make a beautiful focal point. For safety reasons we didn’t want a diving board, so Kosta suggested a diving rock which is also in a sandy-toned colour. The patio around the pool and the coping is in a beautiful tumbled stone in earthy tones. Apart from giving the pool its deserving “frame”, it also provides traction for wet feet.

We didn’t want the commute or expense of a cottage. This is like a cottage in our backyard, or better yet the grounds of a top class hotel. Computer controlled equipment leaves more time for enjoyment. Also thanks to Bryden Landscaping, as we can now spend more time swimming and splashing instead of maintaining our backyard oasis.

Swimming pools are individuals. No two are exactly alike. I have owned a pool for 8 years and have been in many discussions with friends, neighbours and associates about the “individuals” they have inhabiting their backyards. They all like their “individuals” but they do not treat them all the same way. Some rely on their abilities for all aspects of pool care and maintenance. Some rely on a pool store.

I have learned from experience that the vast majority of pool owners should follow the second course and rely on a pool store, a good pool store. Since experience is nothing more than a series of mistakes, it follows that most people learn the hard way. This is of course nothing more than human nature.

I have found a good pool store. It is Diplomat Pools. They provide good service, competitive pricing and very good advice. As stated above I have learned through experience. I have had enough experience, thank you very much, and now rely on professional advice. It has saved me money in the long run.

Being in Real Estate I would recommend to buyers and sellers alike, get a pool inspection prior to closing the deal. Most sales are presently being made subject to a Home Inspection. Similarly, a pool inspection will provide peace of mind for both parties to the sale.

Being a pool owner, I would recommend Diplomat Pools for professional service and good quality at a good price. These days you can’t beat that!

Dear Sales Staff of Diplomat Pools:
Just a short note to say thanks for all your help and service with the purchase of our Hot Tub. We have thoroughly enjoyed the Hot Tub since we received it last November. From the first time we walked into your store, I told my wife that this was the place I wanted to make my purchase from. Your sales staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Further to that, I would like to say that the work we received from the contractors, whom were recommended by your staff, to prepare for the installation was all “top notch”.

One of the results of an accident which I was involved in last spring was the feeling of constant cold. Of course the Hot Tub has been a real comfort in helping me with relief from this condition. The real surprise for me is the amount and length of time I find myself relaxing in the tub. It has already been four months since the purchase so it is now time for the first major cleaning. I went to your store to purchase the necessary cleaning supplies and was offered some personal help in accomplishing the task. If this is not the definition of service then I don’t know what is.

I find myself recommending your store to all my friends. Once again thank you very much for all your help and excellent service. I look forward to any business we may have with you in the future.

Dear Kosta,

This letter is long overdue. As a matter of fact, it is 35 years overdue! That is when you installed our pool, in 1976. At that time, my wife and I were impressed by the quality and workmanship of your pools. Now that you have installed a replacement liner, the quality lives on. When the old liner was taken out, we could not believe our eyes. The pool looked as if it was installed yesterday.

We are looking forward to another great summer with our pool.
